Shalini’s cakes and chocolates have become part of all our celebrations and festivities of the year! We are looking forward to her special chocolates, like Easter Eggs and Mother’s Day Boxes. Wonderful to have our own chocolatier in the neighborhood!

Eric Otto sent me a box of your beautiful chocolates for Valentine’s Day! I am so delighted with them. What an amazing gift! I used to sell “Corne’s” chocolates from Belgium and my two favorites were the glacee and the cocoa dusted truffles. These surely do compare (this is a giant compliment!). I have been savoring them this week and will not share! Thank you for making and outstanding product. Your cakes are gorgeous, too. I have been surfing your site and wishing you were in Charlotte! Someone very dear to your heart on the continent of Antarctica was kind enough to share one of your Salt and Almond Chocolate bars with me. I, in turn, shared it with my coworkers and we all stood around tasting it like we were sipping a glass of fine wine! The subtle taste of salt made us all long for the next silky bite. What a hit! I went to Findlay Market this weekend to specifically buy these chocolates. I was not disappointed. The Irish Coffee was amazing and so was the Dulce de Leche (which was my favorite). These are definitely a real treat and would recommend them to anyone wanting to try something new. The flavors can be a bit daring but they are really good!
