Bollywood: Dark chocolate with turmeric, curry, mango, coconut and golden raisins. This chocolate bar contains the exuberance, fragrance and flavor of India. Its wild flavor combination is fun, delicious and a tad over the top, like a Bollywood movie.
Bubba Bar: Dark chocolate with bacon salt, caramelized cashews and oregano.Who doesn’t love bacon? And who doesn’t love chocolate? Put them together, add some local herbs for a full savory punch, some caramelized cashews for richness and you end up with one decadent chocolate bar!
Perfume of Provence: White chocolate with lavender, lemon and sea salt. This white chocolate bar reminds me of the south of France. It is light, delicate, sweet and fragrant yet powerful in it’s own way. Take a bite, close your eyes, and prepare to be transported!
Park + Vine: In this special five year anniversary Park + Vine bar you will find the unusual and delicious combination of hazelnuts, local dried apples, local coriander and spice berry (also local of course) with a hint of orange oil for brightness.
Big Daddy: Juniper is used in making gin. I’m in love it’s bright flavor. When you add lightly roasted pine nuts you get a double shot of decadent goodness in one powerful bar. I use local juniper berries ( not actual gin) so wont even have a hang over!
Rosemary Almond with Sea Salt: I combined rosemary from my garden, toasted almonds and sea salt to create a delicious explosion of flavor. in this dark chocolate bar. This bar is my favorite and pairs very well with a good craft beer or a glass of wine. It’s also the one I reach for when I make a chocolate sandwich (break off a piece crusty french bread and insert a big chunk of chocolate in it.)
Bad Girl: I love Bad Girl Ventures and like all bad girls, this bar is bold, feminine and sassy! Sumac is used most often in middle eastern cooking. I used a native specie locally harvested. It’s tartness complements the fragrance of rose petals nicely.
Ohio Valley: In this bar I combine two Ohio Valley treasures, black walnuts and spice berry. Their boldness and fragrance is mellowed by the sweet milk chocolate for a delicious local treat.
Coffee Emporium:Think chocolate covered coffee beans but in a bar with cocoa nibs, Yum! To make this coffee lover’s dream bar I use Coffee Emporium’s Ethiopian Misty Valley. These rich, sweet and chocolaty beans blend perfectly with the bold cocoa nibs
Hot Nut: A little heat, a little sugar, a little nut, an amazing chocolate bar! The sweet caramel, toasted pecans, and heat of local chili powder combine to create an amazing sensory experience.
Sea Salt and Almonds: This is our most popular bar. Toasted almonds and fine “pearls “of salt from the sea of Afar combine to create a delicious explosion of flavor
