This award winning caramel (best candy at the Cincinnati chocolate festival in 2010) is smooth and creamy. Tthe sweetness is offset by flaky and light salt sprinkled on top. Fleur de Sel, Translate as “flower of salt”. It is harvested in a special way in France and has softer flavor which enhances the caramel flavor without taking over. This caramel has become so popular that I try and keep it in stock all the time.
